  1. Message from the OCCA president Mr. Jinlin Du

 

·         Confidentiality: “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas”, no one should disclosure, preach or leak the discussion in this and any future board meeting to any non board members.  Only approved outcome of the meeting can be shared to the public.

 

·         Manners: To create and encourage accountabilities and professionalism in our team and to build a trust among us by treating each other with respect is essential for our future success.

 

·         Rumor: No gossips shall be allowed, or tolerant among us and in this Board.

 

·         Unity: Where there is unity, there always is victory.

 

  1. Ms. June Tang Debriefed the Board members for the year ended OCCA/OCCS financial status.

 

  1. Mr. Jay Song submitted the first draft of the OCCS 2010 Budget to the Board.  The OCCA Board members discussed, modified and approved the school budget.

 

  1. The Board hashed out and approved the OCCA Spring hiking and summer picnic activity dates.  Spring hiking is scheduled on 4/25 and 5/2 as the backup date; summer picnic is scheduled on 6/26 and 6/27 as the backup date.

 

  1. This Board acknowledged with appreciation the support that Mr. Pak Leung provides to our school website over a decade.  This Board also fully recognized and appreciated Ms. June Tang’s tireless effort to keep the school running financially in the past years.
